    用途及适用范围：
    XSD系列洗砂机是与制砂机配套使用的一种轮斗式高效洗砂设备。它可以将制砂机制出的混合砂子洗去微量的石粉和杂质，从而提高砂子的质量。主要用于砂石厂、建设工地以及玻璃厂石英砂的洗选、分级和脱水。
     
     Usage Application
     
    XSD series sand washer is a high-efficiency sand washing equipment adopting wheel-like structure, which works with sand making machine. It can wash the stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand that made by sand making machine, which can improve the sand quality. It is widely used in washing, grading and dehydrating in the industry of stone factories, construction site and quartz sand in glass factory.

    性能特点： 
    1. 洗净度高， 结构合理， 处理量大， 功率消耗小；
    2. 传动轴承装置与水和受水物料隔离， 大大避免了轴承因浸水、砂和污染物导致损坏的现象；
    3. 与螺旋洗砂机相比， 中细沙和石粉流失极少， 所洗建筑砂级配和细度模数达到标准要求；
    4. 设备使用寿命长，维护成本极低。

     

     

    Features:
    1. High efficiency, reasonable structure, high capacity and low consumption.
    2. The bearing device of impeller drive is separated from water and materials in water, which greatly protects the bearing from soaking, sand and other pollutants.
    3. Compared with the spiral sand washing machine, the loss of medium and fine sand and powder is minimized, and the grade and fineness can meet the required standard.
    4. This machine has long service life and low maintenance costs.
