用途及使用范围：
HP系列液压圆锥破碎机适用于矿山、建材、冶金等行业， 可对铁矿石、铜矿石、花岗岩、玄武岩、鹅卵石、大理石、石灰石等中等和中等以上硬度的物料进行中、细碎作业。尤其在产品粒形要求严格，成品率要求较高，自动化程度高的破碎生产线中被首选使用。
 

 Usage and Application
The machine is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining, building materials, metallurgy and so on. It can crush materials with middle and high hardness, such as ironstone, copper ore, granite, basalt, cobblestone, marble, limestone and so on. It is popular to be used in the high automatic crushing line which has strict requirement for finished products' shape and ratio.

性能特点：
1. 该机配置了保险油缸、锁紧油缸和液压推动油缸三种液压保险机构， 不仅起保险作用， 而且实现了不拆卸机器零件的情况下处理故障。
2. 能自动调节排料大小，操作方便，可靠性强。
3. 通过采用粒间层压原理设计的特殊破碎腔及与之相匹配的转速，显著提高了破碎比和产量，增加了成品料立方体的含量。
4. 该机在发生过铁及瞬间闷车的情况下， 能液压起顶，自动排料，消除了原弹簧圆锥破碎机需停机进行人工排料的烦恼，使维修更简便，费用更节约。
5. 采用液压调整，稀油润滑，并采用有效的迷宫密封方式从根本上消除了原弹簧圆锥破碎机水油易混合的缺陷。
6. 破碎壁、轧臼壁采用高锰钢制作，再加上破碎腔型的改变和层压破碎时料层的保护，使磨耗降低，易损件使用寿命相比老式结构圆锥破碎机可提高30 -80 。
 

 Features:
1. Three kinds of hydraulic protecting parts (protecting oilcan, locking oilcan and hydraulic driving oilcan) not only protect the machinery, but also deal with troubles without disassembling the parts.
2. Easy operation, reliable performance and adjustable finished products size.
3. The crushing cavity is specially designed according to particles-layer-pressure principle. The special cavity and the suitable rotary speed improve crushing ratio and capacity as well as the cubic product percentage.
4. If something abnormal happens, such as iron is feed into the crushing cavity or there is a jam in the cavity, the machine will lift up the cover and discharge the materials automatically. This eliminates the trouble of stopping the machine to discharge the material by workers, so the maintenance is easier, the cost is lower than spring cone crusher.
5. It is adjusted by hydraulic device and lubricated by diluted oil. The labyrinth seal eliminates the defect of mixture between water and oil in the traditional spring cone crusher.
6. The mantle and bowl liner are made by high manganese steel. The special design of crushing cavity and particles-layer- pressure protection decrease the abrasion, making the service time 30%-80% longer than traditional cone crusher.
